Gareth is the youngest person ever to be nominated for the Tony Award for Sound Design for his work on Trevor Nunn’s Broadway production of A Little Night Music, starring Angela Lansbury and Catherina Zeta-Jones.

Gareth is also the youngest person to be nominated for the Olivier Award for Best Sound Design for his work on Terry Johnson’s End of the Rainbow, starring Tracie Bennett.
